Excursions Program
Day 1 – Tuesday 13th – Optional visit to Hua Hin town. After morning meditation on the beach and special energy movement followed by breakfast, we’ll have our first session. Session 2 – From negative stress to positive stress – 9:00am -11:00am During this second session we will learn to recognize the moments when we shift from experiencing positive stress (enthusiasm and passion for our work or excitement) into negative stress (exhaustion, anxiety and illness). What triggers the shift and what to do in those cases. Lunch at the hotel. The afternoon is free with an optional visit to the village of Hua Hin.
Day 2 – Wednesday 14th — Pala U Warterfall with Elephant Encounter. After morning meditation and breakfast, we will go on a half-day excursion to the jungle west of Hua Hin close to the Burmese border. The journey takes us through a region of uninhabited peaks and valleys to the Pa La U Waterfall. After a nature walk through the forest we’ll reach the first level of the waterfall and then continue to climb up to the fourth or fifth stage. You can bathe in these crystalline highly energised waters, to cleanse and recharge. After lunch we’ll be visiting the Luang Phor Tuad Statue (Big Buddha Monument) at the Wat Huay Mongkol Buddhist Temple. Luang Phor Tuad was the legendary Southern Thai monk, immensely popular with the Southern Thais for the miracles associated with him.
To close this day of adventure we’ll be visiting Hua Hin Elephant Village to share with the elephants. We’ll be back at the hotel for a relaxation and stretching session. Session 3 – Stretching and Cleansing breath – 6:30pm – 7:30pm During this session we will stretch the body and then practice the Cleansing Breath.
It’s a fantastic tool that helps to re-collect the energy that we left in any given situation and to take back the energy that people or situations left in us. Especially when these energies continue generating stress in our present life, producing obsessive thoughts, discomfort, lack of focus, and confusion. This session will be followed by a delicious dinner on the beach.
Day 3 – Thursday 15th — Snorkelling in Koh Talu. After meditation and energising breakfast we start a whole day tour heading to Baanmapraw Pier. From there we’ll take a speed boat to the beautiful blue waters of Koh Talu where we will be diving in “Yai Bay”, looking for sea anemones, and seeing a variety of exotic fish as well as a coral garden. Session 4 Special breathing exercise to get the best from the healing sea air and connection with nature. Then we return back to the island, to eat a tasty Thai meal and enjoy and relax in nature.
Day 4 – Friday 16th— Intensive Breathwork day. After a morning meditation and breakfast at the beach, we’ll be practicing mindfulness walking and dancing. Then a yoga session to recharge. Session 5 – Changing the chemistry of addictive emotions 9:00pm – 12:00pm. We will also detect which negative emotions we are addicted to, what triggers them and we will start changing our brain’s chemistry around these emotions through a Pranayama Yoga Meditation. Lunch and Free afternoon.
