Autumn has arrived! I love this season and its beautiful colours and the crispy air.

Inspired by all those trees preparing for change, I’m very happy to announce my next group session:

Pranayama Yoga for Women in Transition.

It will take place in Berlin-Schöneberg on Saturday October 18 from 5:30PM -7:00 PM.

We will be using an ancient and quite unique pranayama technique to clear any emotional energy stuck in your body, fear -of the unknown-, sadness or anger for what you are leaving, frustration… Hanging to the past, refusing change… or confusion, not having visibility on what or how to make your next project happen. Once it flows, you can use it to make the best of this transition.

By the end of the session, you will have:

  • A better knowledge about the energy of your womb and how to use it in an efficient way during transitions
  • Tools to release physical and emotional tensions and get your energy flowing
  • A sense of clarity, trust and confidence

And best of all, you’ll have the experience of working in a safe group with a wonderful bunch of vital creative and intelligent women. The energy of a group can propel you far!

Grab a blanket (you might feel chilly during these sessions) and comfortably warm clothes. Bring an open mind and heart.
